The employer shall print the information sheet of indivial account storage amount and average wage index of endowment insurance at the social security sub center with the endowment insurance manual signed by the employee; 2. Go through the examination and approval proceres of retirement benefits in the labor and social security administrative department; 3. The approved retirement approval form for employees of urban enterprises in Guangzhou and the pension treatment files for retirees will be sent to the social security sub center for retirement treatment audit. 2、 Some flexible employees need to go through the personal social security retirement proceres: 1. To go through the retirement proceres, the insured should go to the social security bureau to go through the retirement proceres one month before reaching the legal retirement age (the extended insured should go to the month when the payment is completed), and submit the relevant materials to the window of the pension service hall on the second floor of the Social Security Bureau on the 1st-15th and the 1st-20th of each month, Go through the relevant proceres. 2. For the retirees who meet the retirement conditions and pass the examination, the Social Security Bureau will, before the 15th of the next month, allocate the pension of the retirees to the pension passbook (card) of the Agricultural Bank of China set up by the retirees, and the retirees will collect the pension from each branch of the Agricultural Bank of China with the passbook (card). 3. When handling retirement, personnel files or labor contracts should be provided Retirement registration form for urban employees (in plicate) Endowment insurance manual and payment list (printed in the service hall on the third floor); Three original and three copies of ID card; Three 1-inch bareheaded photos. Note: within 3 months after receiving the pension, retirees can bring their own ID card and a 1-inch bareheaded photo to the social service window on the first floor of the Municipal Social Security Bureau to apply for the retirement card and receive the pension
