What is the center of the revision of the questionnaire
You can click "design questionnaire" to edit the questionnaire and modify it. When data is received, there are two ways to modify it:
1. Keep the answers, and the modification will be limited (you can't delete the questions, options / you can't adjust the order of the questions), but the existing answers won't be cleared
2. Delete all the answers. You can make any changes, but the existing answers will be cleared
