Prague from airport to downtown

1. Don't worry about it at all. You can take bus No. 510. When you get to i.p.pavlova, you can get to the downtown area. It's only about ten stops. It's estimated to take 40 minutes. Or take bus No. 100 to zlicin, then Metro

2. Prague has only one ruzine airport. There is no direct subway from the airport to the urban area, so you can only transfer to the subway by bus.
