Article 5 if the people's court decides to restrict high consumption, it shall issue an order to restrict high consumption to the person subjected to execution. The high consumption restriction order shall be issued by the president of the people's court. The order of restricting high consumption shall specify the period, items and legal consequences of restricting high consumptionArticle 6 according to the needs of the case and the situation of the person to be executed, the people's court may serve a notice of assistance in execution on the unit that has the obligation to assist in the investigation and execution, or make an announcement on the relevant media
