Minimize the test method, leaving only the power supply, motherboard, CPU, memory, graphics card, keyboard, and display. Unplug all the wires on the other motherboards, and use a screwdriver to short the switch pins. If it is normal, add the remaining hardware one by one until the cause of the problem is found out.
