During installation, the power line, communication line and video line should be correctly connected, and the requirements of installation instructions should be carefully referred to when connecting to confirm the communication mode and corresponding pin definition. note 1: power supply
in order to ensure the normal operation of the ball press, the power supply should not be lower than the nominal value of the ball press input voltage. When the nominal value is 24 VAC, the voltage fluctuation should not exceed ± 25% The common working voltage of ball machine is 24 vac. At present, there are 220 VAC ball machines on the market. In essence, the transformer is built into the ball cover to supply power to the ball machine after voltage transformation. The separation of strong current and weak current should be emphasized in wiring to avoid the interference of strong current to weak current. The internal space of the ball machine is limited, and the built-in transformer makes the strong and weak current coexist, thus affecting the weak current signal. In addition, the built-in transformer will increase the heat dissipation burden, thus increasing the possibility of burning out the built-in circuit. According to the different site environment, you can choose local 220 VAC to 24 VAC, or remote transformer, centralized power supply mode. When centralized power supply, the loss of electric energy caused by transmission line should be fully considered. Select the equipment with larger output power and increase the output voltage appropriately to carry the line voltage drop, such as 28VAC output to power the remote ball machine
is there enough power for the ball press? It can pass the multimeter test. The method is to use the multimeter to measure the voltage of the power line at one end of the ball machine when the load (ball machine) is on, and observe whether the voltage is within the allowable range of the ball machine. In particular, it should be noted that the power consumed by the outdoor ball machine is quite different when the heater is started or stopped. When supplying power to the outdoor ball machine, the maximum power required by the ball machine in the worst environment must be considered. When the fluctuation of mains voltage exceeds the range of + 5% ～ - 10%, AC voltage stabilizing device shall be set. UPS can be installed to provide uninterrupted power supply
note 2: grounding
the grounding of ball press is mainly divided into shell grounding and internal electrical grounding. The shell grounding is mainly used to prevent the accumulation of static electricity, electric leakage, etc. the outdoor ball machine should also be equipped with external lightning protection measures. Generally speaking, the shell of outdoor ball machine installed on the vertical pole support has naturally formed grounding protection because it is screwed on the metal support, so special treatment is not needed. The data line and video line inside the ball machine have been grounded. Connect the GND end inside the ball machine with the ground wire to ensure the effective grounding of the equipment
note 3: the ground loop circuit
even if the equipment is effectively grounded, there are differences in the zero potential of different positions between the ball machine and the central equipment, and the power load is unbalanced, which will still cause the ground potential difference. The potential difference generates current through the closed circuit formed by coaxial cable, which causes interference and affects the normal transmission of video signal. It is usually shown as the clutter in the horizontal direction in the middle of the image. The most effective way to solve the problem of ground loop is to add ground loop isolator in video transmission. At present, most of the video signals of indoor / outdoor ball loader are still transmitted by coaxial cable, and some ball loaders are far away from the central equipment, so it is easy to form ground loop. If optical transceiver is used for signal transmission, the influence of ground loop can be avoided effectively
note 4: Waterproof
the installation of outdoor ball press must be waterproof. For the suspended installation, there is a gap between the ball machine and the bracket. In case of rain and snow, water will penetrate into the interior along the gap, causing harm. Therefore, waterproof and sealing measures should be taken ring the installation to prevent rainwater from entering the ball machine from the screw interface. The selection of installation support is also very important, and the original support is recommended. The original support fully considered the waterproof problem, such as the inclination design to make the ball machine spin end slightly higher. Even if there is water in the support, it will only flow back into the column, not into the ball machine. Therefore, if the user makes the bracket by himself, the waterproof factor should be fully considered. Why are there water droplets in the stent? Generally speaking, the temperature is higher in the daytime, and the water vapor in the vertical pole enters the support. When the temperature drops at night, the water vapor will condense into water droplets and condense along the support wall. When the support is not inclined or tilted in the opposite direction, water droplets will flow into the ball machine along the wall, causing harm. In order to rece the water vapor entering into the support, the joint between the support and the vertical pole can be sealed with rubber paste or silica gel
note 5: heat dissipation
the heat dissipation problem of the ball press must also be considered. There is no outdoor model for some brands of ball machines on the market, so they can not be directly used outdoors, so they must be equipped with outdoor shield and other accessories.
