3. The high pressure drops and the low pressure rises
it indicates that the high pressure and low pressure in the hydraulic system are channeling. It is necessary to check whether there is fluid channeling in the high pressure safety valve, bypass valve and shuttle valve< (2) oil pollution
1. The oil temperature rises
when the hydraulic oil is mixed with water, the oil emulsifies, the oil viscosity drops to the bottom, the system leakage increases, and the oil temperature rises rapidly
analysis: observe whether the oil level in the oil tank of the traction part rises, and observe whether there is precipitation in the oil sample. The oil will decompose after entering the water. The upper part is oil and the lower part is water. In this case, the oil should be changed immediately
2. There is abnormal sound in the traction part
when the hydraulic oil is mixed with the air, it can cause cavitation in the hydraulic system, and the oil pump will make abnormal sound. If it is not handled in time, the oil pump will be damaged

the cleaning method is to add low viscosity turbine oil (turbine oil) and drain the oil after idling for about 30 minutes. (2) there is leakage in the oil pipe between servo valve and hydraulic control check valve or oil cylinder, which causes the shearer can not change direction
treatment: tighten all loose joints, replace damaged seals, and replace or repair leaking oil pipes
(3) the servo variable mechanism is not adjusted properly, and the angle of the main hydraulic pump can not swing over (cannot exceed the zero position), resulting in the shearer can not change direction
processing: readjust the servo variable mechanism until the main hydraulic pump can flexibly pass through the zero position
(4) the potentiometer or solenoid valve is damaged, such as broken wire or poor contact, which makes the shearer unable to change direction
treatment: repair or replace the electrical components of the damaged ring< (3) causes and treatment methods of abnormal sound proced by hydraulic traction
1. Main oil system is short of oil
treatment: find out the causes and deal with them
2. There is air in the hydraulic system

(3) clean and adjust the back pressure valve or replace the damaged back pressure valve
