First of all, it is distributed in the surface of the deep sea, where the sea water pressure is very high, which has special requirements for the compression resistance, firmness and corrosion resistance of mining equipment. Secondly, to collect manganese noles from thousands of meters deep and lift them to the sea, it is impossible to operate without high-power lifting devices and advanced mining equipment. In addition, in order to improve mining efficiency, it is necessary to equip monitoring, display, recording and control systems with high accuracy and reliable performance. Therefore, the method of mining manganese noles in the world is not mature. At present, it is generally considered that there are three methods are suitable:one is hydraulic lifting mining system. It is mainly composed of mining pipe, buoy, high pressure water pump and ore collecting device. The mining pipe is suspended under the mining ship and buoy to transport manganese noles. The buoy is installed on the upper part of the mining pipe. The buoy is filled with high-pressure air, and its buoyancy supports the weight of the high-pressure water pump. The high-pressure water pump is installed in the buoy. Through high pressure, the upward flow of 5 meters per second is generated in the mining pipeline, so that the manganese noles and water are lifted from the seabed to the mining ship. The function of mining equipment is to screen and collect manganese noles. After continuous improvement, this mining system has reached a mining capacity of 500 tons per day< p> The second is the air lift mining system.
