1. Play overview

play the road card

the road card constitutes the road from the starting card to the target card little by little. Road signs must always be placed next to the placed road signs. put the action card face up in front of yourself or your partner. With action cards, players can block or help each other, take a card from the road maze, or get the target card information. These cards are used to repair damaged tools, that is, remove a damaged tool card in front of a player. They can use cards in front of themselves or their companions. In either case, the repair card and the damaged tool card are thrown into the discard pile. Of course, the repair card must match the damaged tool card. For example, a damaged mining vehicle can only be repaired with a good mining vehicle, not a lantern or pick. There are also repair cards with two tools. These cards can repair one of the damaged tools, but not two

at the end of a round

when a player places a road card so that there is a clear road (at least 7 cards) between the start card and a target card, turn over the target card

if there is treasure in this target card, the round ends

if the target card is stone, this round will continue. The opened target card is also regarded as a road card

tip: in rare cases, the opened target card can not exactly match the adjacent road card. As this is a target card, a special case outside the general rule is allowed, that is, the target card can still have treasure in place

if the card stack is used up and all players give up because they have no cards to play, a round will end. Now all dwarves open: who's the miner and who's the destroyer

distribute gold

if the road is connected from the start card to the treasure target card, the miner will succeed. Draw the same number of gold medals as the game (face down). For example, five cards are drawn in a five player game (but only nine nuggets are drawn in a 10 player game)

at last, the miner who digs the road selects one of the bullion cards, and then the next miner selects one in clockwise order. Follow this until all the Nuggets are finished. Maybe some miners have more cards than others

optional rule: a miner with a "damage card" (damaged pick, lantern or mining truck) in front of him at the end of the game cannot get a gold nugget card. The nugget cards are distributed only to miners who have not been sabotaged. Saboteurs are not affected by the rule. If the treasure target card is not reached, or the card stack is used up and everyone gives up, then the destroyer will succeed.
