『肆』 Iwouldappreciateitif要用虚拟语气吗
这里不用虚拟，只用 真实条件句 就可以了
这里would完全可以用will替代，用would是为了 婉转 的语气，情态动词 为了表达婉转语气也会用过去时
如 Could you show me the way to the library?
很明显，这里的could也不是过去时，更不是虚拟语气，只是婉转地表达，换成can也是可以的，但含义上就是带有一种“弱弱地问一下”这层含义
所以，would带有一种“麻烦你太不好意思了“的含义在里面；目前would出现在条件句中，不做虚拟语气使用的，appreciate算是 特例

这个问题其实很有意思。
从语义解释很容易，
举个栗子：

但如果从语法上解释就出问题了。
it作代词必须是指代"前面"提到过的东西，而不能指代后面将要提到的东西。

问题在于句子的“正常”语序应该是
