FAR:本次考改内容上主要体现在FAR的收入确认上
对于FAR的学习，有人说最难掌握的，还有人说全都是零散的基础财会知识，背起来无从下手。

FAR主要考察考生财务知识理论的基础掌握程度，首先要有个整体框架，有了主树干，剩下的细枝末节等知识点就很容易填充进来。
相对于2017年，FAR的主要变化在：
Area I,C,4-Statement of Functional Expenses
•Eliminated Area 1,C,4 and all associated task statements
Area II,I–Equity
对于not-for-profit entity和governmental accountin的所有者权益计算范围不再限定，扩大范围，需掌握相应分录。
Area III,G-Nonreciprocal Transfers
考改要求考生在计算净资产增减上投入关注比例。
这一部分考点很多考生表示难以理解，非营利性组织的内容比较难，也很难在实践中遇上，案例少练习少，但也不要放弃，其实在学好商务财务的基础上还是能够把握好的。
前提是要将其与政府财务、营利性机构相对比，找出它们的不同点。
本次FAR的重大更新也是为了响应美国财务会计准则委员会对公司收入确认修订指导方针，进一步简化了收入确认流程，使得US GAAP（美国会计准则）与IFRS（国际财务报告准则）更贴合。

2、AUD：在审计与鉴定方面的“微调”
审计科目在2018年添加与删除了部分内容，修订了一个内容组合，12个代表性任务，重点反映在SAS 130的术语变化上，进一步融合了财务报表内部控制的审计与财务报表审计。
2018年AUD在内容上的变化：
SAS 132,The Auditor’s Consideration of an Entity’s Ability to Continue as a Going Concern（AU-C 570），Q1不测试；
SAS 133,Auditor Involvement With Exempt Offering Documents（Amends AU-C 560 and 925），不适用于Q3测试；
PCAOB release 2017-001,The Auditor’s Report on an Audit of Financial Statements when the Auditor Expresses an Unqualified Opinion and Related Amendments to PCAOB Standards，Q1测试可忽略不计（除正在审批的关键审计事项外）。
3、BEC：在商业环境与理论方面的“调整”
尽管没有实质性的变化体现，但其内容重点有转移“迹象”。
BEC与其余三科最大的不同点，是它多出一个15%“异样”题组——写作，对于国内考生而言，英语是首先需要攻破的难题，书面表达在很多考生看来，既没有练习去做，也没有很好的案例去讲解，只能通过看以往的范文或浏览大量的商业案例，通过自己的理解实现写作。
其实高顿题库有很多优秀范文，通过背诵与学习范文的写作技巧，写作高分还是可以实现的，这一点，不需太过担心。
另外就是BEC中包含的IT部分，强调财务人员如何加强对计算机使用方式的掌握。对于非专业程序员的财务人士而言，这部分有些牵强，至少财务人中很少有真正理解或者精通电脑技术的人。
不过，好在IT部分重点考的是一些专用词汇，如果提前做好术语理解掌握，考试不会太“为难”你的。

4、REG：在法律法规方面的变动
好消息是2018年的REG并没有在考试内容上有什么变化，但值得关注的是卫生保健、税制改革上还存在重大变动，这一点我们还在观望，随时准备加入AICPA的备战资料中，以便考生做好应对。
美国注册会计师考试最重要的目的是反映出新晋会计师的能力、潜在能力以及该有的职业道德能力，它是一种新式考核，并逐渐从人工转为智能，在时代变化中、在财会领域更迭中不断随之变化，需要考生跟着脚步，稳打稳扎，不管是学习还是报考，都需要认真对待，不错过任何一个拿满分的机会！
