黑莓又不是諾基亞，不是那樣查看的。對於莓友來說，大家比較關心的是自己的手機倒底是哪裡產的，是哪家運營商提供的，而通過查詢VENDOR ID可以方便的對運營商和產地進行查詢。

黑莓手機查看VENDOR ID代碼的方法：
QWERTY等全鍵盤：alt＋cap＋H；71、82等suretype鍵盤：ALT＋依次輸入E、S、C、R鍵，或者ALT+ 依次輸入R、A、C、E四個按鍵
