FAR:本次考改內容上主要體現在FAR的收入確認上
對於FAR的學習，有人說最難掌握的，還有人說全都是零散的基礎財會知識，背起來無從下手。
高頓AICPA考試研究院Hannah老師，作為一名擁有多年AICPA授課經驗的資深講師、美國舊金山大學MBA，國際知名交易所任職的高級財務人，她表示FAR學習的重點在於理解題中的實踐案例以及來龍去脈，搞清楚賬戶屬性，並且能夠很好的記憶一些特殊賬戶。
FAR主要考察考生財務知識理論的基礎掌握程度，首先要有個整體框架，有了主樹干，剩下的細枝末節等知識點就很容易填充進來。
相對於2017年，FAR的主要變化在：
Area I,C,4-Statement of Functional Expenses
•Eliminated Area 1,C,4 and all associated task statements
Area II,I–Equity
對於not-for-profit entity和governmental accountin的所有者權益計算范圍不再限定，擴大范圍，需掌握相應分錄。
Area III,G-Nonreciprocal Transfers
考改要求考生在計算凈資產增減上投入關注比例。
這一部分考點很多考生表示難以理解，非營利性組織的內容比較難，也很難在實踐中遇上，案例少練習少，但也不要放棄，其實在學好商務財務的基礎上還是能夠把握好的。
前提是要將其與政府財務、營利性機構相對比，找出它們的不同點。
本次FAR的重大更新也是為了響應美國財務會計准則委員會對公司收入確認修訂指導方針，進一步簡化了收入確認流程，使得US GAAP（美國會計准則）與IFRS（國際財務報告准則）更貼合。

2、AUD：在審計與鑒定方面的「微調」
審計科目在2018年添加與刪除了部分內容，修訂了一個內容組合，12個代表性任務，重點反映在SAS 130的術語變化上，進一步融合了財務報表內部控制的審計與財務報表審計。
2018年AUD在內容上的變化：
SAS 132,The Auditor』s Consideration of an Entity』s Ability to Continue as a Going Concern（AU-C 570），Q1不測試；
SAS 133,Auditor Involvement With Exempt Offering Documents（Amends AU-C 560 and 925），不適用於Q3測試；
PCAOB release 2017-001,The Auditor』s Report on an Audit of Financial Statements when the Auditor Expresses an Unqualified Opinion and Related Amendments to PCAOB Standards，Q1測試可忽略不計（除正在審批的關鍵審計事項外）。
3、BEC：在商業環境與理論方面的「調整」
盡管沒有實質性的變化體現，但其內容重點有轉移「跡象」。
BEC與其餘三科最大的不同點，是它多出一個15%「異樣」題組——寫作，對於國內考生而言，英語是首先需要攻破的難題，書面表達在很多考生看來，既沒有練習去做，也沒有很好的案例去講解，只能通過看以往的範文或瀏覽大量的商業案例，通過自己的理解實現寫作。
其實高頓題庫有很多優秀範文，通過背誦與學習範文的寫作技巧，寫作高分還是可以實現的，這一點，不需太過擔心。
另外就是BEC中包含的IT部分，強調財務人員如何加強對計算機使用方式的掌握。對於非專業程序員的財務人士而言，這部分有些牽強，至少財務人中很少有真正理解或者精通電腦技術的人。
不過，好在IT部分重點考的是一些專用詞彙，如果提前做好術語理解掌握，考試不會太「為難」你的。

4、REG：在法律法規方面的變動
好消息是2018年的REG並沒有在考試內容上有什麼變化，但值得關注的是衛生保健、稅制改革上還存在重大變動，這一點我們還在觀望，隨時准備加入AICPA的備戰資料中，以便考生做好應對。
美國注冊會計師考試最重要的目的是反映出新晉會計師的能力、潛在能力以及該有的職業道德能力，它是一種新式考核，並逐漸從人工轉為智能，在時代變化中、在財會領域更迭中不斷隨之變化，需要考生跟著腳步，穩打穩扎，不管是學習還是報考，都需要認真對待，不錯過任何一個拿滿分的機會！
