方法一：修改注冊表法
點擊「開始→運行」，鍵入「Regedit」打開「注冊表編輯器」，展開分支「HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\RpcSs」，將Start項的值修改為「00000002」，重新啟動系統即可。
方法二：使用sc.exe命令
點擊「開始→運行」，鍵入「cmd」進入「命令提示符」窗口，鍵入「sc config RpcSs start= auto」命令，系統會顯示「 SC ChangeServiceConfig SUCCESS」，這樣就可以成功啟動RPC服務。
注意：要想使用「sc」命令必須安裝Windows 2000/2003 Resource Kit（資源工具包），否則使用該命令無效。
方法三：使用故障恢復控制台
以Windows XP系統為例，在光碟機中放入安裝光碟，並且在BIOS參數中設置為從CD-ROM啟動；啟動電腦後，系統進入到Windows XP安裝界面，按下「R」鍵登錄到故障恢復控制台。在故障恢復控制台下，鍵入「enable RpcSs service_auto_start」命令，然後再鍵入「exit」命令，重新啟動系統，以正常模式登錄，即可成功啟動RPC服務。
注意：「Enable」是故障恢復控制台提供的一個用來啟動系統服務和設備驅動程序的命令，只能在故障恢復控制台下使用。

在Windows裡面，Microsoft提供了一個新的快捷啟動程序的方法：運行
打開[開始]------[運行]，裡面可以直接啟動一些特定的程序，如：輸入notepad.exe啟動記事本，輸入xdict.exe啟動金山詞霸等等。
啟動的原理是什麼呢？很簡單，在注冊表HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths下面，可以看到很多次級主鍵，每一個次級主鍵就對應著一個能夠在運行裡面輸入的內容。
以ACDSee.exe主鍵為例：右邊有2個字元串，默認對應的是這個程序的絕對路徑，而Path對應的是這個程序所處的目錄。
定製的方法很簡單：在App Paths下新建一個不同名的次級主鍵（例如：Smallfrogs.EXE），然後修改右邊的默認為你要啟動的程序的路徑（例如：C:\Program Files\My APP\Smallfrogs.EXE），然後新建一個字元串Path，修改為那個程序所處的目錄（例如::C:\Program Files\My APP\）。
然後就可以在運行裡面輸入：Smallfrogs.EXE來啟動C:\Program Files\My APP\Smallfrogs.EXE這個程序了。
注意！系統是靠次級主鍵的名字來辨認程序的，即使你不使用Smallfrogs.EXE建立次級主鍵，而使用SSSSS.EXE建立次級主鍵，如果莫任何Path的內容和上例一樣的話，輸入SSSSS.EXE啟動的程序仍然是C:\Program Files\My APP\Smallfrogs.EXE這個程序。

❹ 如何打開445埠
關於2000下的445埠
SMB（Server Message Block）協議在NT/2000中用來作文件共享，在NT中，SMB運行
於NBT（NetBIOS over TCP/IP）上，使用137，139（UDP），139（TCP）埠。在2000中，
SMB可以直接運行在tcp/ip上，而沒有額外的NBT層，使用TCP 445埠。因此在2000上應
該比NT稍微變化多一些。
可以在「網路連接/屬性/TCPIP協議/屬性/高級/WINS中設置啟用或者禁用NBT（NetBIOS
over TCP/IP）。
當2000使用網路共享的時候，就面臨著選擇139或者445埠了。下面的情況確定會話
使用的埠：
1、如果客戶端啟用了NBT，那麼連接的時候將同時訪問139和445埠，如果從445埠得到
回應，那麼客戶端將發送RST到139埠，終止這個埠的連接，接著就從445埠進行SMB的
會話了；如果沒有從445埠而是從139得到回應，那麼就從139埠進行會話；如果沒有得
到任何回應，那麼SMB會話失敗。
2、如果客戶端禁用了NBT，他就將只從445埠進行連接。當然如果伺服器（開共享端）沒
有445埠進行SMB會話的話，那麼就會訪問失敗了，所以禁用445埠後，對訪問NT機器的
共享會失敗。
3、如果伺服器端啟用NBT，那麼就同時監聽UDP 137、138埠和TCP139，445。如果禁用NBT，
那麼就只監聽445埠了。
所以對於2000來說，共享問題就不僅僅是139埠，445埠同樣能夠完成。
那麼我們怎麼關閉445的通道呢，需要使用IPsec Filter。
控制面版 -> 管理工具 -> 本地安全策略 ->IP安全策略，在本地機器
創建一個新的IP安全策略，禁止TCP 445埠的通訊。
