㈡ 雙方聘用合同到期的英文翻譯

1.The contract can be renewed upon mutual agreement if both party has the intension to extend the employment relationship (when the contract expires).
2.Upon mutual agreement,can any item not stated in the contract be placed under the supplementary,which has the same lawful effect as this contract.

㈢ 求合約期限的條款翻譯

根據協議，任何一方提前二十(20)天書面通知合同到期或終止，本合同將繼續有效一(1) 年。本協議到期或終止時，代理有權提示支付先前累積的所有費用和賠償上述零雜花費之外的所有費用。

只是字面翻譯，從用詞和語法缺陷來看，合同原本可能並非英文。

㈣ 期貨的英文怎麼說

口 (Lot)
計算期貨合約的單位。一口表示一張期貨合約。

倉位、部位 (Position)
留置在市場中尚未結清的期貨合約

平倉 (Offset ;Square ;Liguidate)
將尚未結清的倉位反向沖銷（軋平）

保證金 (Margin)
保證履行期貨交易義務的資金。期貨交易人需在交易前將保證金存入期貨公司保證金專戶之中。

原始保證金 (Initial Margin)
欲建立新倉位時所需的資金。原始保證金的額度由交易所訂定 。

維持保證金 (Maintenance Margin)
在建立倉位後所需維持在帳戶中的最低保證水平。若保證金總 額低於所需的維持保證金，經紀商將向客戶發出保證金追繳通知。

保證金追繳 (Margin Call)
若保證金總額低於維持保證金時，經紀商必須向客戶發出追繳 通知，客戶應繳足保證金至原始保證金的水準。

第一通知日 (First Notice Day ;FND)
持有期貨合約賣方倉位者，可表示將交割實物商品給持有買方倉位者的第一天。這個日期依照商品的不同而異。

最後交易日 (Last Trading Day ;LTD)
期貨合約可進行交易的最後一天。若在最後交易日之後仍未平 倉，則將被迫進行實物交割。

交割 (Delivery)
在期貨合約到期時，賣方移轉現貨商品所有權給買方，買方需 支付與合約等值的現金。

轉倉 (Switch)
將留倉的期貨倉位同時以一買一賣或一賣一買的方式使近月合 約為遠月合約繼續持有。

基差 (Basis)
現貨與期貨間的價格差。現貨價格減期貨價格即等於基差。在 正常市場情況下，基差為負數。

價差 (Spread)
近月期貨合約與遠月期貨合約的價格差。近月期貨價格減遠月 期貨價格即等於價差。所謂價差交易就是同時買進與賣出某種期貨合 約的交易方式。

對沖 (Hedge)
為保護未來在現貨市場的交易而預先建立相反的期貨倉位，以 規避價格波動的風險。

多頭市場 (Bull Market)
對未來價格看漲的市場。做多即表示買進。

空頭市場 (Bear Market)
對未來價格看跌的市場。做空（或放空）即表示賣出。

空頭回補 (Short Covering)
指原先放空者買進相對的倉位。空頭回補對市場價格有推升的 力量。

軟性商品 (Soft Commodities)
泛指咖啡、可可、糖等商品。

逐日結算 (Mark To Market)
交易日結束後，以每日結算價格計算未平倉倉位損益的方法。

結算價格 (Settlement Price)
每日交易結束後，由交易所公布之，以作為逐日結算的價格。 一般而言，結算價格並不一定等於當日的收盤價。

Globex
為延長期貨交易所交易時段所特別發展的一個全球電腦化交易 系統。Access、Project A 也是。

EFP
美國期貨主管當局特準的場外交易(Ex-Pit)方式。其設立目的在 於避免期貨市場收盤後，現貨市場價格波動劇烈。因此結合了期貨交 易所、結算公司、銀行、現貨商，提供了現貨與期貨互轉的交易方式 。

對作 (Bucket)
接後客戶委託，但沒有下單至交易所而私下進行沖銷的行為。 經營對作的公司稱為對作（或對賭）公司，系屬於嚴重的違法行為。

1. 市價委託（Market Order，簡稱MKT）：

在正常狀況下，此種委託系以當時最快時間內進行交易，通常於交易所場內之會員接到買賣委託後數分鍾內完成買賣委託。

2. 限價單（limit Order，簡稱LIT）：

此種限價單不管是買單或賣單都可以優於(Better)、低於或等於市場價格的價位下出委託，成交的價格保證等於或優於原來的委託價格。

3. 停損委託（Stop Order，簡稱STP）：

此種委託依委託人在委託時為"買"或"賣"而有所不同，在委託時若為"買"所設價位需高於最新成交價，若為"賣"，所設價位需低於最新成交價。在交易所內之會員接到此種買賣委託後，若最新成交價等於或高於所設買價或低於所設賣價時，此種委託將立即成為市價委託，此時不論是"買"或"賣"其成交價均有可能等於或高於或低於原先所設之價位。

4. 觸及市價委託（Market If Touched Order，簡稱MIT）：

此種委託依委託人在委託時為"買"或"賣"而有所不同，在委託時若為"買"所設價位需低於最新成交價，若為"賣"，所設價位需高於最新成交價。在交易所內之會員接到此種買賣委託後，若最新成交價等於或低於所設買價或高於所設賣價時，此種委託將立即成為市價委託。此時不論是"買"或"賣"，成交價均有可能等於或高於或低於原先所設定之價位。

5. 開盤市價委託(Market-On-Opening Order，簡稱MOO）：

此種買賣委託限定在開盤後之一段時間內執行買賣委託，此段時間內出現過的所有成交價位稱為開盤價范圍(OpeningRange)，以開盤市價委託方式進行之交易，其實際成交價必定不超過開盤價范圍（有可能是開盤價范圍內之任何價位，但並非一定是開盤價）。若在開盤為停板時，此種買賣委託之買方在漲停板時可能因乏人願為"賣"方或賣方在跌停板時可能因乏人願為"買"方而導致無法完成交易。

6. 收盤市價委託(Market-On-Close Order，簡稱MOC）：

此種買賣委託限定在收盤前之一段時間內執行買賣委託，此段時間內出現過的所有成交價位稱為收盤價范圍(ClosingRange)，以收盤市價委託方式進行之交易，其實際成交價必定不超過收盤價范圍(有可能是收盤價范圍內之任何價位，但並非一定是收盤價)。若在收盤為停板時，此種買賣委託的買方在漲停板時可能因乏人願為"賣"方或賣方於跌停板時可能因乏人願為"買"方而導致無法完成交易。

7. 直接取消委託（Straight Cancel Order）：

委託人可運用直接取消委託將尚未成交之買賣委託予以取消，但原委託若於進行取消的時間之前或之間成交（通稱為TooLateToCancel，簡稱TLTC），委託人仍需接受已完成之交易，所做之直接取消委託當屬無效。此外對於因市場特殊情況委託回報可能遲延所導致之風險，委託人仍須承擔該風險。期交所會員或期貨商或期貨交易輔助人均不負任何責任。

8. 代換委託（Cancel Replace Order）：

委託人可要求使用代換委託將尚未成交之買賣委託更改其委託內容，可更改之項目包括交易方式、交易價位、交易數量，但不可更改買賣方之立場買賣之商品或買賣之商品月份。但原委託若於進行代換的時間之前或之間成交（TLTC），委託人仍需接受已完成之交易，其所為之代換委託當屬無效。此外對於因市場特殊情況委託回報可能遲延所導致之風險，委託人仍須承擔該風險。期交所會員或期貨商或期貨交易輔助人均不負任何責任。

9. 持續有效委託（Good-Till-CancelOrder，簡稱GTC）：（尚未核准）

此種委託又稱Open Order，在未成交或未經委託人取消之前一直有效，其有效期直至該委託買賣商品之最後交易日為止。

10. 價差單（Spread Order）：

同時擁有買進與賣出不同商品之委託單。

11. 二擇一委託(OCO，ONE CANCELS THE OTHER ORDER)

此種委託單上設定兩種價位或兩種不同的交易方式，其中一種成交，另一種自動取消。
