自上世纪70年代，美元与石油强行绑定在一起，形成"石油美元"商品货币组合后，石油国几乎都要看美元的脸色，一旦稍有不顺从，就会面临来自美元的制裁和限制，进而失去与全球开展正常石油经贸及商品交易的通道。美元一直在制造着不公平、不合理的货币现象。其中，美元自2018年以来对石油国伊朗的限制就非常明显。不过，BWC中文网百家号研究团队注意到，多个最新进展表明，伊朗已经并且正持续冲破美元的限制。
路透社3月9日援引Refinitiv分析师称，装满伊朗石油的油轮通常在装货时会关闭应答器，以避免被发现，并且只能在阿曼，阿联酋和伊拉克的港口附近被追踪到。据报道，大多数金融交易都是以人民币或欧元进行的，以绕过美元限制。也就是说，伊朗的石油出口并没有因为美元的限制而停止。

Refinitiv Oil Research数据显示，在过去的14个月中，伊朗已向亚洲主要市场运送了约1,780万吨石油。今年1月和2月的交易量创历史新高。而根据上述最新消息来看，除人民币交易伊朗石油之外，路透社还提到欧元，分析认为，伊朗石油不仅冲破美元限制，运送到了中国，还运送到了欧洲一些国家。而这背后隐含核心逻辑正是在于，欧洲多国也正在与伊朗一道开展去美元化的行动。这无疑是令美元感到意外的一件事。
一个新的进展是，据伊朗媒体PressTV前不久援引伊朗-瑞士联合商会发布的消息称，根据SHTA贸易机制，瑞士与伊朗达成的第一笔交易，这表明，伊朗与瑞士企业合作已经绕开了美元。伊媒还称，目前伊朗的四家银行正在与德国，法国，英国，俄罗斯，瑞士，奥地利等国就商贸结算和金融交易中使用加密数字货币进行谈判。

而早在一年前，以德国为代表的十多个欧洲国家已经加入一个帮助伊朗经济可以正常进行商贸结算的INSTEX机制，欧洲央行表示，支持规避SWIFT的数字货币方案有望在几个月内取得突破。显而易见的是，美元限制伊朗出口石油，并试图切断伊朗与外界进行货币及商品交易的计划已经宣告落空了。而利用区块链技术形式开展的主权加密货币解决方案，无疑使美元更加头疼。
值得注意的是，伊朗央行已建立了一个区块链货币研究室，开发由本币支持国家加密货币。据悉，伊朗出口担保机构负责人在两周前表示，目前，该机构管理的基金已取代了银行系统，并设法通过签发了担保来扫清伊朗工程技术服务部门面临的障碍，目前，伊朗已颁发了1000多个加密币采矿许可证，这可以促进包括石油在内的贸易使用加密货币来进口商品。
