方法一：修改注册表法

方法二：使用sc.exe命令
点击“开始→运行”，键入“cmd”进入“命令提示符”窗口，键入“sc config RpcSs start= auto”命令，系统会显示“ SC ChangeServiceConfig SUCCESS”，这样就可以成功启动RPC服务。

方法三：使用故障恢复控制台
以Windows XP系统为例，在光驱中放入安装光盘，并且在BIOS参数中设置为从CD-ROM启动；启动电脑后，系统进入到Windows XP安装界面，按下“R”键登录到故障恢复控制台。在故障恢复控制台下，键入“enable RpcSs service_auto_start”命令，然后再键入“exit”命令，重新启动系统，以正常模式登录，即可成功启动RPC服务。
注意：“Enable”是故障恢复控制台提供的一个用来启动系统服务和设备驱动程序的命令，只能在故障恢复控制台下使用。

在Windows里面，Microsoft提供了一个新的快捷启动程序的方法：运行
打开[开始]------[运行]，里面可以直接启动一些特定的程序，如：输入notepad.exe启动记事本，输入xdict.exe启动金山词霸等等。
启动的原理是什么呢？很简单，在注册表HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths下面，可以看到很多次级主键，每一个次级主键就对应着一个能够在运行里面输入的内容。
以ACDSee.exe主键为例：右边有2个字符串，默认对应的是这个程序的绝对路径，而Path对应的是这个程序所处的目录。
定制的方法很简单：在App Paths下新建一个不同名的次级主键（例如：Smallfrogs.EXE），然后修改右边的默认为你要启动的程序的路径（例如：C:\Program Files\My APP\Smallfrogs.EXE），然后新建一个字符串Path，修改为那个程序所处的目录（例如::C:\Program Files\My APP\）。
然后就可以在运行里面输入：Smallfrogs.EXE来启动C:\Program Files\My APP\Smallfrogs.EXE这个程序了。
注意！系统是靠次级主键的名字来辨认程序的，即使你不使用Smallfrogs.EXE建立次级主键，而使用SSSSS.EXE建立次级主键，如果莫任何Path的内容和上例一样的话，输入SSSSS.EXE启动的程序仍然是C:\Program Files\My APP\Smallfrogs.EXE这个程序。

关于2000下的445端口
SMB（Server Message Block）协议在NT/2000中用来作文件共享，在NT中，SMB运行
于NBT（NetBIOS over TCP/IP）上，使用137，139（UDP），139（TCP）端口。在2000中，
SMB可以直接运行在tcp/ip上，而没有额外的NBT层，使用TCP 445端口。因此在2000上应
该比NT稍微变化多一些。
可以在“网络连接/属性/TCPIP协议/属性/高级/WINS中设置启用或者禁用NBT（NetBIOS
over TCP/IP）。
当2000使用网络共享的时候，就面临着选择139或者445端口了。下面的情况确定会话
使用的端口：
1、如果客户端启用了NBT，那么连接的时候将同时访问139和445端口，如果从445端口得到
回应，那么客户端将发送RST到139端口，终止这个端口的连接，接着就从445端口进行SMB的
会话了；如果没有从445端口而是从139得到回应，那么就从139端口进行会话；如果没有得
到任何回应，那么SMB会话失败。
2、如果客户端禁用了NBT，他就将只从445端口进行连接。当然如果服务器（开共享端）没
有445端口进行SMB会话的话，那么就会访问失败了，所以禁用445端口后，对访问NT机器的
共享会失败。
3、如果服务器端启用NBT，那么就同时监听UDP 137、138端口和TCP139，445。如果禁用NBT，
那么就只监听445端口了。
所以对于2000来说，共享问题就不仅仅是139端口，445端口同样能够完成。
那么我们怎么关闭445的通道呢，需要使用IPsec Filter。
控制面版 -> 管理工具 -> 本地安全策略 ->IP安全策略，在本地机器
创建一个新的IP安全策略，禁止TCP 445端口的通讯。
