㈢ 求合约期限的条款翻译

交割 (Delivery)
在期货合约到期时，卖方移转现货商品所有权给买方，买方需 支付与合约等值的现金。

转仓 (Switch)
将留仓的期货仓位同时以一买一卖或一卖一买的方式使近月合 约为远月合约继续持有。

基差 (Basis)

价差 (Spread)

对作 (Bucket)

1. 市价委托（Market Order，简称MKT）：

在正常状况下，此种委托系以当时最快时间内进行交易，通常於交易所场内之会员接到买卖委托后数分钟内完成买卖委托。

2. 限价单（limit Order，简称LIT）：

此种限价单不管是买单或卖单都可以优於(Better)、低於或等於市场价格的价位下出委托，成交的价格保证等於或优於原来的委托价格。

3. 停损委托（Stop Order，简称STP）：

此种委托依委托人在委托时为"买"或"卖"而有所不同，在委托时若为"买"所设价位需高於最新成交价，若为"卖"，所设价位需低於最新成交价。在交易所内之会员接到此种买卖委托后，若最新成交价等於或高於所设买价或低於所设卖价时，此种委托将立即成为市价委托，此时不论是"买"或"卖"其成交价均有可能等於或高於或低於原先所设之价位。

4. 触及市价委托（Market If Touched Order，简称MIT）：

此种委托依委托人在委托时为"买"或"卖"而有所不同，在委托时若为"买"所设价位需低於最新成交价，若为"卖"，所设价位需高於最新成交价。在交易所内之会员接到此种买卖委托后，若最新成交价等於或低於所设买价或高於所设卖价时，此种委托将立即成为市价委托。此时不论是"买"或"卖"，成交价均有可能等於或高於或低於原先所设定之价位。

5. 开盘市价委托(Market-On-Opening Order，简称MOO）：

此种买卖委托限定在开盘后之一段时间内执行买卖委托，此段时间内出现过的所有成交价位称为开盘价范围(OpeningRange)，以开盘市价委托方式进行之交易，其实际成交价必定不超过开盘价范围（有可能是开盘价范围内之任何价位，但并非一定是开盘价）。若在开盘为停板时，此种买卖委托之买方在涨停板时可能因乏人愿为"卖"方或卖方在跌停板时可能因乏人愿为"买"方而导致无法完成交易。

6. 收盘市价委托(Market-On-Close Order，简称MOC）：

此种买卖委托限定在收盘前之一段时间内执行买卖委托，此段时间内出现过的所有成交价位称为收盘价范围(ClosingRange)，以收盘市价委托方式进行之交易，其实际成交价必定不超过收盘价范围(有可能是收盘价范围内之任何价位，但并非一定是收盘价)。若在收盘为停板时，此种买卖委托的买方在涨停板时可能因乏人愿为"卖"方或卖方於跌停板时可能因乏人愿为"买"方而导致无法完成交易。

7. 直接取消委托（Straight Cancel Order）：

委托人可运用直接取消委托将尚未成交之买卖委托予以取消，但原委托若於进行取消的时间之前或之间成交（通称为TooLateToCancel，简称TLTC），委托人仍需接受已完成之交易，所做之直接取消委托当属无效。此外对於因市场特殊情况委托回报可能迟延所导致之风险，委托人仍须承担该风险。期交所会员或期货商或期货交易辅助人均不负任何责任。

8. 代换委托（Cancel Replace Order）：

委托人可要求使用代换委托将尚未成交之买卖委托更改其委托内容，可更改之项目包括交易方式、交易价位、交易数量，但不可更改买卖方之立场买卖之商品或买卖之商品月份。但原委托若於进行代换的时间之前或之间成交（TLTC），委托人仍需接受已完成之交易，其所为之代换委托当属无效。此外对於因市场特殊情况委托回报可能迟延所导致之风险，委托人仍须承担该风险。期交所会员或期货商或期货交易辅助人均不负任何责任。
