『肆』 Iwouldappreciateitif要用虛擬語氣嗎
這里不用虛擬，只用 真實條件句 就可以了
這里would完全可以用will替代，用would是為了 婉轉 的語氣，情態動詞 為了表達婉轉語氣也會用過去時
如 Could you show me the way to the library?
很明顯，這里的could也不是過去時，更不是虛擬語氣，只是婉轉地表達，換成can也是可以的，但含義上就是帶有一種「弱弱地問一下」這層含義
所以，would帶有一種「麻煩你太不好意思了「的含義在裡面；目前would出現在條件句中，不做虛擬語氣使用的，appreciate算是 特例

這個問題其實很有意思。
從語義解釋很容易，

it作代詞必須是指代"前面"提到過的東西，而不能指代後面將要提到的東西。

（比如這樣的it算形式賓語：...

問題在於句子的「正常」語序應該是
